Through attending Lancing Motor Show, SSRP had the opportunity to engage with a variety of road users, promoting positive road user behaviour by all. Drivers were able to discuss advanced driver courses with RoSPA, and also received updated 'Safer For Drivers' booklets, which embed Highway Code updates and guidance in considering more vulnerable road users. Cyclists and pedestrians of all ages were also encouraged to use SSRPs hi-vis merchandise, including backpack covers, lanyards, snap bands, reflective clips, and drawstring bags, which was distributed, for free, to increase visibility and to drivers and other road users on Sussex Roads. The event was extremely successful, with a large amount of literature and merchandise, as well as words of advice, received well by visitors.

Sussex Safer Roads Partnership (SSRP) attended the event for the second year along with support for Partners, including; National Highways South East, Commercial Vehicle Unit and West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.
