NPCC: SEATBELT RETURNS – JUNE 2023

More than 300 vehicles were stopped as part of a national campaign to enforce seatbelt use in Sussex. The campaign to support the National Police Chiefs’ Council ran from June 5 to June 25, and officers in the county carried out dedicated enforcement patrols from June 12.

With a great variety of leisure activities, live music and community projects and entertainment. The Memorial Gardens saw high footfall on the day, the sun shined lifting all attendees moods.

The 'Exchanging Places' event aims to address the most common cause of serious injury and death to cyclists – collisions involving HGVs.
