Following on from recent updates from the Government surrounding the risk of Covid-19, please find below information and guidance relating to the continuation of Community Speedwatch Groups.
Sussex Safer Roads Partnership will authorise the reintroduction of Community Speedwatch activity from Monday 15th June 2020.
However, it is imperative that Sussex Safer Roads Partnership reminds individuals and groups of their responsibility to follow regulations around social distancing, and continue to shield or self-isolate if necessary.
Community Speedwatch continues to be a voluntary scheme, and we must remind volunteers of their obligation to adhere to Government guidelines:
